1. Composition

Active substances: amlodipine besylate 5mg (as amlodipine base), valsartan 160mg. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, film coat.

2. Indications

Essential hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on amlodipine or valsartan monotherapy.

3. Dosage and Administration

Take orally, 1 tablet once daily in the morning with water, with or without food, as prescribed by physician.

4. Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to amlodipine, valsartan or dihydropyridines; severe hepatic impairment; severe hypotension, shock; pregnancy and breastfeeding; age under 18 years.

5. Side Effects

Peripheral edema, dizziness, headache, fatigue, flushing, palpitations.

6. Storage Conditions

Store below 30°C in the original package in order to protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
