According to Chapter 7 Article 25 Clause 7 of the RA Law on Medicines and Chapter 2 Article 9 Clause 11 of the RA Law on Trade and Services:
The medicine purchased (sold) from the pharmacy in accordance with the quality, effectiveness, safety, prescription of the medicine defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia (proper quality) cannot be replaced or taken back. Violation of this norm causes administrative responsibility provided by law.
According to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 77 of January 30, 2002, the list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to replacement or return with similar products were also included:
for the prevention and treatment of diseases at home (health and hygiene items made of metal, rubber, textile and other materials, medical instruments, devices and apparatus, oral hygiene products, vision lenses, child care items), medicine,

personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, hair clips, curlers, wigs, chignons, etc.),
 
perfumery and cosmetic products, except for perfume.

In other cases not provided for by the legislation, replacement and return of goods are carried out on the condition that the customer pays the travel expenses.
