 Article 1. Personal Data Protection Policy

 1.1. Personal data collected:

• Customer's first and/or last name

• Customer phone number, e-mail address

• Address where the order is to be shipped

• Client IP address

• Payment option information

1.2. The customer's personal data is collected as follows:

• When a customer makes an order

• When an account is opened on the site

• When the customer visits the company's website (in this case, the information is stored in the "Cookies" section)
When the mentioned data is entered or transmitted over the phone, it is considered that the customer has given his consent to the use of his personal data. The consent given by the Client is the legal basis on which the Company uses the Client's data. These personal data become available to the company from the moment the customer fills them in.

Customer data is collected in the database, which is updated when new data is entered.

When the customer applies to suspend his subscription, from that moment his personal data is immediately transferred to the database of suspended subscriptions for 2 years. Receiving data from IP addresses and storing them in the "Cookies" section automatically starts from the moment the customer visits the website.

 *When making an online payment on the website, the Customer's banking and financial data are not saved and cannot be used further.

 1.3. The customer's personal data is collected for the following purposes:

• Communicate with the customer regarding order delivery and service delivery issues

• Organize advertising campaigns, including those that the company organizes with partners

• Ensure the quality of services in accordance with customer requirements

• To improve the quality of services, as well as the website.

In addition to the above, customers' personal data may be processed to personalize the marketing messages sent. For such purposes, the company may also send marketing messages (including by e-mail: info@phc.am, info@pharmcenter.am, mail, telephone: +37411709709, brochures, short messages or online advertising) on the services offered by the Company and/or its Partners. Online advertising may be displayed on the website and Partner Sites, as well as on online platforms. In order not to receive such information, the customer notifies the company of his wish by calling or sending an e-mail to the address.

1.4. Transfer of personal data to third parties
The Company will not sell or transfer the customer's personal information to other parties, but may only provide it to the partner with whom the order is registered. The Customer's address and phone number are also provided to the courier to contact the customer upon delivery of the order. It should be noted that they undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the customer's data and use it only for the fulfillment of the order.

Exceptions are the cases defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, as well as those parties that, according to the Terms, have a direct participation in the process, for example, banks, accounting firms, legal service companies, etc. The latter are not considered third parties, as they undertake to comply with these personal data processing rules and maintain their confidentiality as employees of the company.

1.5. Customer rights regarding the use of personal data
The Customer has the right to view and edit his personal data collected by the company. To do this, he can contact the company at the phone number specified in the Terms and Conditions (+37411709709) or by e-mail through the address (info@phc.am, info@pharmcenter.am).

As soon as possible, but not later than 10 (ten) working days after receiving the letter or phone call, the company provides the customer with the personal data processed by it. If these data contain incorrect information, the customer has the right to request correction/editing within 5 (five) working days.

The customer also has the right to request the company to delete his personal data if he no longer wants to use the company's services. The customer can request to stop the use of his personal data at any time. In this regard, it should be taken into account that the termination of the use of personal data may lead to the deactivation of certain functions or, in general, the blocking of using the services offered by the website.

2. General conditions of sale and delivery

2.1. Legal relations arising between the customer and the parties involved in the execution of the Order

Immediately after receiving the order, the company transfers it to the fulfillment department and begins the delivery process. If for any reason it is impossible to arrange the delivery, the company will inform the customer as soon as possible.

In order to organize the delivery of the order, the company establishes contact with the courier, providing him with the customer's data / address, phone number/.
The Company is responsible for the obligations arising between the client and the partner. In particular, the company is responsible for the quality, freshness and other quality characteristics of the order. The Company shall also be liable for delay or non-fulfilment of the order by the courier.

2.2. Emails and Spam
If the Client is registered on the website, he receives regular emails from pharmcenter.am. The customer may unsubscribe and not receive these emails.

The Armenian version of the Terms takes precedence over the versions in other languages. The legislation of the Republic of Armenia shall be applied to legal relations arising between the parties.

The Terms may be updated at any time by posting on the website. After installing the updated version, the customer's further use of the website is considered the customer's agreement to the modified version of the Terms.
