1. Composition

1 tablet contains: amlodipine besylate 13.87 mg (equivalent to 10 mg amlodipine), valsartan 160 mg. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide.

2. Indications

Essential hypertension in adult patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on amlodipine or valsartan monotherapy.

3. Directions for Use and Dosage

Oral administration, 1 tablet once daily with water, with or without food. Take at the same time each day.

4. Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to amlodipine, valsartan, or dihydropyridine derivatives; severe hepatic impairment, biliary cirrhosis, cholestasis; severe hypotension, shock; hemodynamically significant aortic stenosis; pregnancy and lactation; children and adolescents under 18.

5. Side Effects

Peripheral edema, headache, dizziness, nasopharyngitis, flushing, fatigue, palpitations.

6. Storage Conditions

Store below +30°C in original package to protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
