Suprastinex 5mg Film-coated Tablets No14

* Fast-acting, non-sedating H1 antihistamine medication (Egis Pharmaceuticals, Hungary).

1. Composition

Active ingredient: Levocetirizine dihydrochloride 5mg. Excipients: Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, Opadry white coating.

2. Indications

Relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (perennial and seasonal pollen allergy, hay fever), allergic conjunctivitis, and chronic idiopathic urticaria.

3. Method of Administration and Dosage

Adults and children aged 6 years and older: 1 tablet (5mg) once daily orally with liquid, with or without food. Adjust dose in renal impairment.

4. Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to levocetirizine, cetirizine, or piperazine derivatives; severe renal impairment (CrCl < 10 ml/min); pregnancy and breastfeeding; children under 6 years.

5. Storage Conditions

Store in original pack in a cool dry place below +25°C away from children.
