1. Kit Components

Test cassette in sealed foil pouch, extraction tube prefilled with buffer and dropper tip, sterile nasal swab, package insert.

2. Intended Use

Rapid qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein antigen from anterior nasal swab specimens.

3. Test Procedure

Collect specimen using sterile swab inserted 2-2.5 cm into both nostrils. Mix swab thoroughly in extraction buffer for 1 minute, squeeze tube walls, and discard swab. Dispense 3 drops into sample well (S). Read result at 15 minutes.

4. Result Interpretation

Positive: Both C and T lines appear; Negative: Only C line appears; Invalid: No control line C.

5. Storage Conditions

Store between +2°C and +30°C. Do not freeze.
