1. Composition

100% pure steam-distilled Siberian fir needle essential oil (Abies sibirica). Free of chemical additives and solvents.

2. Indications

Prevention and relief of respiratory illnesses, colds, coughs, flu; air freshening and disinfection; muscular aches, joint stiffness; relaxation and mental fatigue.

3. Directions for Use

Aroma diffuser: 4-6 drops per 15 m² area. Steam inhalation: 1-2 drops in hot water for 5-7 min. Massage: 4-5 drops blended with 10ml carrier oil. Bath: 3-5 drops mixed with an emulsifier (milk, honey, bath salt). Sauna: 3-4 drops diluted in a ladle of water.

4. Contraindications

Individual intolerance to fir oil, acute renal disorders, epilepsy, pregnancy. Do not apply undiluted to skin.

5. Side Effects

Mild cutaneous tingling, redness, or allergic contact dermatitis.

6. Storage Conditions

Keep in tightly capped dark glass container between +5°C and +25°C away from heat and children.
