Amlodipine 5mg tablets No30

* Dihydropyridine calcium channel antagonist (Borisov Plant).

1. Composition

Active substance: Amlodipine besylate equivalent to 5mg amlodipine. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate.

2. Indications

Hypertension, chronic stable angina pectoris, vasospastic angina (Prinzmetal's angina).

3. Dosage and Administration

Oral administration once daily with water, with or without food. Recommended starting dose is 5mg once daily, which may be titrated to a maximum of 10mg once daily.

4. Contraindications

Severe hypotension, cardiogenic shock, high-grade aortic stenosis, unstable heart failure, pregnancy, lactation, pediatric use.

5. Side Effects

Peripheral edema, flushing, headache, fatigue, palpitations, dizziness.

6. Storage Conditions

Store below 25°C in original packaging. Keep out of reach of children.
