Senadexin tablets No20

* Herbal laxative medication (Vifitech).

1. Composition

Active ingredient: Senna leaf extract equivalent to sennosides A and B calcium salts 70mg. Excipients: lactose monohydrate, maize starch, talc, magnesium stearate.

2. Indications

Constipation caused by colon hypotony and sluggish peristalsis; regulation of stool in hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and proctitis.

3. Dosage and Administration

Oral administration, taken once daily at bedtime with a glass of water. Adults and children over 12 years: 1 to 2 tablets daily. Laxative effect occurs after 8-10 hours.

4. Contraindications

Intestinal obstruction, acute inflammatory abdominal conditions, undiagnosed abdominal pain, GI bleeding, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

5. Side Effects

Abdominal cramps, flatulence, diarrhea; prolonged use may lead to electrolyte depletion (hypokalemia).

6. Storage Conditions

Store in a dry place protected from light, below 25°C, out of reach of children.
