Cosopt PF Eye Drops 10ml

1. Composition

1 ml contains: dorzolamide hydrochloride 22.26 mg (equivalent to dorzolamide 20 mg), timolol maleate 6.83 mg (equivalent to timolol 5 mg). Excipients: hydroxyethyl cellulose, mannitol, sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium hydroxide, water for injections. Preservative-free formulation.

2. Indications

Reduction of elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or pseudoexfoliative glaucoma when beta-blocker monotherapy is insufficient.

3. Directions for Use and Dosage

Instill 1 drop into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s) twice daily. Nasolacrimal occlusion for 2 minutes immediately after instillation is recommended to reduce systemic absorption.

4. Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to active substances; reactive airway disease including bronchial asthma, severe COPD; sinus bradycardia, second- or third-degree AV block, overt cardiac failure, cardiogenic shock; severe renal impairment.

5. Side Effects

Ocular burning and stinging, conjunctival hyperaemia, blurred vision, corneal erosion, bitter taste, headache.

6. Storage Conditions

Store below +25°C in original container protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. Use within 2 months after first opening.
