1. Ingredients

Each 1ml ampoule contains nicotinic acid 10mg (1%). Excipients: sodium hydrogen carbonate, water for injections.

2. Indications

Pellagra treatment and prevention; peripheral and cerebral ischemic vascular disease; Raynaud disease, facial nerve neuritis.

3. Dosage & Administration

Administered IM, SC, or slow IV. Typical dosage: 10mg (1ml) 1-2 times daily as directed by a healthcare professional.

4. Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, active peptic ulcer disease, severe hepatic impairment, gout.

5. Adverse Effects

Facial flushing, sensation of warmth, transient hypotension, pruritus.

6. Storage

Store below 25°C protected from light.
